Return or Exchange Policy

Return or Exchange Policy:
Discounted items are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
Our policy does not include cash refunds; however, we do allow for exchanges in the event that customers receive items in poor condition or with defects within three days of receiving their order. To initiate an exchange, kindly send a request via email within the stipulated timeframe. Upon receipt of your request, we will provide a return label for you to send the package back to our facility.
 Upon receiving your package, our team will inspect the item to ensure it is in pristine condition, complete with all tags and devoid of any signs of wear. If the exchange is approved, we will notify you via email to proceed with your new order. In the event that the item does not meet our exchange standards, the customer will be responsible for a $10 re-delivery fee. For any inquiries, please reach out to us.
Due to hygiene reasons and the personal nature of swimsuits, we kindly ask that you exercise caution when trying on your bikini, especially if you anticipate making alterations. Take extra care with light-colored sets, such as whites, beiges, and nudes, which are more susceptible to staining from makeup or damage.

According to all our experts, hand-washing is the most effective method to preserve the quality of your premium swimwear. Here's how:

 

  • Fill a bucket with cold or lukewarm water (maximum 30 °C)
  • Add a capful of mild detergent and mix until bubbles appear
  • Soak the swimwear in the soapy water
  • Thoroughly rinse your bikini or swimsuit – avoid soaking it for too long!

Here's a handy tip: The durability of the materials significantly impacts the lifespan of your swimwear. Our top-notch Lycra is better equipped to endure harmful substances and sunlight.

Machine-Washing Your Swimwear

If you opt to launder your lingerie or swimwear in the washing machine, it's acceptable. Just remember not to do it regularly and adhere to these three crucial guidelines:

 

  • Select the delicate wash setting for a short program
  • Wash with cold or lukewarm water
  • Utilize a laundry bag

If your lingerie or swimwear contains sequins, hand washing is preferable.

One last piece of advice: Avoid using fabric softener as it may impact the fabric's elasticity.
